Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine that has been used worldwide for over 200 years. It works by supporting the body's own healing capacity and considers the whole person, including physical symptoms, emotions, energy levels, lifestyle, and health history.
Homeopathy may support people experiencing a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns, including hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, menopause, digestive issues, skin conditions, children's health concerns, allergies, recurrent infections, emotional wellbeing, stress-related complaints and much much more.
No. Homeopathic remedies can generally be taken alongside prescribed medications. You should never stop or alter medication without the advice of your prescribing healthcare professional.
Homeopathic remedies are prepared using highly diluted natural substances and are considered gentle and well tolerated. If you have any concerns about a remedy prescribed for you, please feel free to discuss them with me.
Yes. Homeopathy is often used to support babies, children, and teenagers through a variety of health concerns and life stages.
You can book directly through the online booking system on this website. If you're unsure which consultation is right for you, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help.
Medicines are usually prepared from an animal, plant or mineral substance. They are prepared in registered labs according to the Homeopathic pharmocopeia through a system of taking the original substance and diluting and succussing (vigorous shaking) multiple times depending upon the particular potency required in accordance to the laws of remedy preparation.
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive conversation about your health, symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and health goals. This allows me to understand you as an individual and select remedies tailored specifically to your needs.
Yes. All consultations are conducted online via Google Meet, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.
Every person is different. Some people notice changes quickly, while others with more complex or longstanding concerns may require more time. Healing is an individual process, and progress is reviewed and adjusted throughout your care.
Yes. I have a particular interest in supporting women through all stages of hormonal health, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause.
This depends on your individual situation and health goals. Some concerns can be addressed in a few consultations, while more complex or chronic conditions may benefit from ongoing support and follow-up appointments.
Not at all. Many of my clients are completely new to homeopathy. I'll guide you through the process, explain any recommendations, and answer any questions you have along the way.
Yes, although some are prepared from animals, such as Apis mellifica which is prepared from the honey bee. Homeopathy is a very sustainable form of medicine as each substance only needs to be provided once. So it is possible that only one honey bee was used to make all the Apis mellifica medicine that is used throughout the world. If you would prefer not to be prescribed an animal based remedy please let me know during your consultation and I can factor this in in my decision on a remedy for you. We have over 8,000 remedies to choose from, so there will be an alternate plant or mineral based remedy I can use for you.
